Gatlinburger Week 2024 has ended (whew, thankfully!) and I have once again tasted some delicious meaty treats between two pieces of bread—or quesadilla in one instance.
I don't know how you did it!! For the most part, I don't eat ground beef because I don't like the taste or the texture of how it feels in my mouth. But I cannot imagine eating anything for seven days! You rock!!
You missed out on Maddi Mae's right across the way. My husband and I favored Boudiccas last year but this year Maddi Mae's seems to have edged them out. That burger had jalapeno pimento spread with bacon and jalapeños. It came with a spicy shake for $17. It was called the i scream burger and shake. The shake contained cookies and cream with habenero-- sweet until the spice gets you hence the scream part. I knew not to try loco burro due to the poor showing last year but I agree that the alamo burger lacked the bbq sauce it stated in its description. Park Vista always gives it their best too. It's such a fun event.
