The 7th Annual Smoky Mountain Bigfoot Conference Unravels in Gatlinburg
On July 26th, the 7th iteration of the Smoky Mountain Bigfoot Conference will step out in the Gatlinburg Convention Center. This gathering isn’t just about those who are ardent fans of the mysterious creature; it’s also for anyone who is curious, or wants to believe in the large, biped being.
The Convention Center will open to the enthused and inquisitive at 9 A.M. on Saturday the 26th and end around 6 P.M. to a packed schedule full of many speakers. These people are making a living by researching, doing field work, and giving audiences their perspectives on what they’ve found.
As a special note, children are allowed, but this particular event is intended for mature audiences, so viewer discretion is advised. There is no children’s ticket; you may purchase a General Admission ticket for your child, though.
There are 5 levels of pricing for seating:
GA Seating: $30; Hairy Man Seating: $40; Yeti Seating: $50; Sasquatch Seating: $60; VIP Packages: $175
VIP Packages include seating in the very front. Beyond the terrific seats, these packages include admission to Friday night’s Meet and Greet Dinner (upgraded to a 3-hour event) with the speakers, Skip the line entry on Saturday, a conference T-shirt, and more.
The speakers for the Smoky Mountain Bigfoot Conference are considered experts in the field, and for those that are fans, you’ll certainly recognize these names.

Personally, I have some mild curiosity, but I can’t say I’ll be attending this event. I’ll probably be at work, where I’ll be selling some cute Sasquatch stuffed animals we carry in the store I work.
