Spring Into the Strawberry Stroll at Ober Mountain

Tennessee’s only ski resort is phasing out of the winter busy season, and they’re ushering in some sweetness for spring. Today, April 1st, begins Ober Mountain’s food festival they are calling The Strawberry Stroll, which is a walk designed to make you stop and order up a special treat for the family as a brief respite from the oodles of fun available.
Continuing until June 1st, The Strawberry Stroll will feature delectable dishes designed to satisfy your sweet tooth. These will be available at the handful of eateries located at Ober Mountain.
The options are original and some are unlike anything you may have seen or tasted before. When you think strawberries, most people immediately think of it in a sweet treat, but there are some surprises in store, as they add the ubiquitous fruit in some not-so-typical savory concoctions as well.
You will find such selections as the following: Strawberry Chipotle BBQ Sandwich, Strawberry Arugula Pizza, the Strawberries and Rosemary Chicken and Waffles, and arguably the craziest one, Strawberry French Toast Burger. More traditional combinations can also be found. Below is the list of eateries featuring a variety of special strawberry fare.
