Once Upon a Time: My First Postings as a Gatlinburg Blogger

Writers have to start somewhere. Once Gatlinburg provided me with the motivation I needed, I was off and running…or writing. The following is an unedited version of my first writings on my old blog. Even though it was killing me, I decided to leave these writings alone and not correct anything. I bunched them all together, as they were five separate posts for what I found “Great” about Gatlinburg. This is an obvious reference to its location next to The Great Smoky Mountains National Park. They are short, sweet, and a little cringe-worthy, showing just how much room I had to grow writing about the place we love. Enjoy!
