I awoke on Monday, February 24, thinking about what kind of day I wanted to make it. Obviously, we all want to make it a “good” one, but sometimes life has other plans. On this morning, it came in the form of a change in my wife’s work schedule. Instead of her working today, she was getting the day off and working on Tuesday, which was originally her day off. And… that left us in a scramble to switch plans.
We had become aware of a place that greatly resembled the Amish Pantry in our Ohio hometown. Yoder’s Country Market, located in Bulls Gap, Tennessee, looked exactly like Olde Thyme Pantry, only a larger version.
