The fires of 2016 were devastating to many businesses in Gatlinburg, with some never recovering. The Highlands condos were totally destroyed by this once in a century (and more) disaster. I remember being awed by the beauty and the views of these accommodations when we were researching places to stay as tourists. It’s pleasing to see them rise from the ashes and back in the mix. Here’s what you’ll be getting when you book your vacation here.
Located on Campbell Lead Road, just a five minute drive from Gatlinburg, is the reborn Highlands of the Smokies. They have luxury condos with absolutely spectacular amenities and views. You have a choice between 2, 3, or 5 bedroom units, which may come in handy if you want to be close to all the action, and you have a large traveling group. You’ll be getting open floor plans, fully-equipped kitchens, and bathrooms with double vanities and walk-in showers, providing the utmost in comfort for your stay.
You’re in the Smokies, so you won’t want to stay inside for the entire duration of your vacation. Highlands has you covered whether you’re done exploring for the day or starting it with a cup of coffee, providing private balconies with stunning panoramic views of the mountains, including the natural wonder of Mt. LeConte.
While it’s certainly encouraged for you to relax here in the Smoky Mountains, the value you’ll get when you stay at the Highlands of the Smokies will be hard to beat. What am I talking about? Well, they have an extraordinary attractions package worth over $1,000 a day! I know, I couldn’t even believe it when I read it. This means you have a choice of a list of attractions where you receive one free ticket per day, per reservation. The list is extensive, but you won’t need to do them all in day, anyway. The package expires at the end of the day and automatically renews at the start of every day of your visit. As a special note, whatever isn’t used doesn’t accumulate, meaning you won’t get an extra free ticket if there’s one day you don’t use it. Here’s the full list…
