The United Tastes of America is Anakeesta’s highlight summer event, and I am happy to report it’s returning for another year. From May 23-August 10, you’ll get an opportunity for even more tastings at an already food-filled attraction. As you may know, Gatlinburg’s most popular attraction already features a full-service restaurant, (Clifftop Restaurant) a barbecue-themed eatery, (Smokehouse) and plenty of all-ages favorites in the form of food trucks and dessert shops.
Now, it gets even better. At different stations throughout the adventure park, you’ll find foods that are a favorite and well-known delicacy in 11 different states. This ensures you won’t just enjoy exciting Southern foods this area specializes in; you have a hodgepodge of selections at your choosing! Without further adieu, here’s the full list of states, and the foods (and drinks) offered at each!
Arizona
Chimi Firecrackers: Mini chimichangas filled with chorizo and creamy queso blanco, fried to golden perfection and served with pico de Gallo, shredded lettuce, and a dollop of sour cream.

That’s the list! I see a good many I’d like to try with my sweet tooth, but it will be limited. I hope to sink my teeth into and drink a few of these this summer, though! If you’d like to participate, you can redeem your purchased tasting pass at marked kiosks in the park. The cost for one starts at $35.99. Hope to see you all on the way down from the lift! *wink-wink*
