Anakeesta Will Celebrate a New Season With Enchanted Christmas

Fall will be fast falling and a new season will be celebrated in true Anakeesta fashion with their Enchanted Christmas. Beginning November 10th—when the Winterfest season kicks off its first full day in Gatlinburg—Anakeesta will feature their own display. It’s sure to be a spectacle worth a day on your visit. Here are some of the festive offerings you’ll find on the mountaintop during this joyous time of year.
You’ll immediately be awestruck by the sheer amount of lights twinkling day and night at this premier attraction in Gatlinburg. Anakeesta has been expanding and Stone Village will dazzle with bells, garland, and a “Classic Christmas” Tree Farm. Arctic Alley will have thousands upon thousands of seasonal lights looping your favorite Christmas tunes. Your senses won’t stop teasing you there, as the beautiful Vista Gardens will widen your eyes and give you a wondrous feeling of passion and positivity. If that’s not enough, the Treetop Skywalk will also aglow the adventure park as you traverse the bridges.
You won’t just hear programmed music filtering through the speakers, though. Live music is also a grand enticement during Enchanted Christmas. Carolers will bring the holiday tunes to life with their rendition of classic Christmas favorites. While witches and scarecrows delight crowds on the stage in the fall, Anakeesta will have new performers for this period. A juggling stilt-walking elf will wow you, and a hoop artist dressed in candy canes will also convince guests of the talent they convey.
The Christmas season is just another reason to give guests a glorious glutton of food options at Anakeesta. Clifftop Restaurant has amazing culinary concoctions, and an herb-rubbed prime rib is just one super savory option. Not to be outdone, Smokehouse will have hickory-smoked ham with pineapple glaze as a highlight to a season of delight. The Watering Can will treat guests to a Christmas tree waffle on a stick with your choice of sauce; also find gingerbread funnel fries at Snack Shack along with plenty of hot chocolate being made available at different locations throughout the park.
You also can’t forget about the Astra Lumina add-on that continues to enthrall visitors the same way we were wowed when we watched the wonderfully magical night walk. For all the details on ticket prices, hours, and more, visit the Anakeesta website for all the kid and adult-oriented fun!
Anakeesta is without a doubt a must-visit when you come to Gatlinburg. Enjoy the Winterfest lights in town, but don’t ignore the impressive decorations and overall superior experience you’ll discover during every season at this fun adventure park for all ages. I’ve known this to be true before we moved here and as I began a new chapter of the my life working here.
